XPOS Merchant Payments is integrated with SingPass MyInfo Business so as to provide a more seamless merchant account onboarding experience. By scanning the SingPass QR code provided, you will be able to submit all the relevant ACRA corporate information that we would require for our processing, and be able to create a merchant account online within minutes!
XPOS Merchant Payments is capable of supporting both cards and major eWallet payment acceptance.
For digital eWallets, you can choose to enable your terminal device to accept PayNow, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Alipay, WechatPay, and Singtel Dash. EZ-Link/CEPAS payments can also be made available upon request.
For card payments, you can choose to enable your terminal device to accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UPI, Diners/Discover and AMEX. However, this is subjected to your application request being approved by the processing bank.
Upon successful merchant account creation for XPOS Merchant Payments, our sales representative will follow-up with you within 3-5 business days to confirm on the terminal requirements, including the number of terminal devices required, payment methods to be supported, etc.
Once all the required information and terminal rental payment fees are collected, you should be able to receive your terminal device within another 3-5 business days, for eWallet acceptance. Do note that for card acceptance, this will be subjected to the respective bank acquirer to connect with you separately for all the relevant commercial agreements and documentation before we can enable your terminal device accordingly.
We require you to provide your settlement bank details and proof of settlement bank account ownership to ensure that we will be remitting the funds for eWallet transactions to the correct account.
Please ensure that you have all requested documentation ready when our sales representative follows up with you, so that we can ensure that you will be able to receive payments for your eWallet transactions without any delay.
For eWallet transactions, you should be receiving funds paid out to your verified settlement bank account within 1-2 business days.
For card transactions, please check with your bank acquirer on the settlement payout period.
